Photography sessions offered include maternity and newborn photography, as described on the website. The provider reserves the right to modify packages or prices at any time.

Booking & Payment

Sessions are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, as indicated during booking. Remaining balances must be paid before the session.

Deliverables

Images will be delivered according to the package selected. Turnaround time and format are communicated at booking.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24hrs notice. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the timing of cancellation.

Usage & Copyright

All images remain the property of the provider. Clients may use the images for personal use. Commercial use requires written consent.

Liability

The provider is not liable for unforeseen circumstances preventing the session (e.g., illness, force majeure).
